次世代香粧品の「香り」開発と応用 出版
このたび、先端技術・産業情報書を数多く手掛ける「シーエムシー出版」から、「次世代香粧品の香り開発と応用」が出版されました。 本書籍は15名の共著による香粧品香料の専門書で、高砂香料工業㈱の丸山賢次氏が監修されたものです。 「大沢さとり」は第一章の「ファイン・フレグランス」項を執筆、最新データーによる世界のフレグランスの動向や将来性、グローバル・マーケットにおける日本のスタンスと開発のあり方などについてまとめました。
